Who is behind this site
The site lumetra.rs is run by Lumetra optika, with its registered office in Belgrade. By using the site you accept the terms described on this page; if you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
The content of the site — text, photographs, logos and product descriptions — is protected by copyright and may not be used commercially without our permission. The logos of the brands we represent belong to their respective rights holders.
We reserve the right to change these terms. Changes apply from the moment they are published on this page, and orders are governed by the terms in force at the time the order was placed.
Orders and prices
How a contract of sale is formed
An order is accepted once you receive our confirmation by e-mail. Until then we reserve the right to decline an order, for example if the product is no longer available or the details are incomplete.
All prices are shown in dinars and include tax. The price is the one valid at the time of ordering; any delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed.
Product photographs are illustrative. Colour shades may differ depending on your screen, and manufacturers’ specifications may change without notice.
Delivery and risk
From our shop to your address
We deliver by courier, to the address given in the order. The delivery time depends on whether the product is in stock and whether the lenses are being made to your prescription.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer when the parcel is collected. We recommend that you inspect the parcel in front of the courier and report any visible damage immediately.
If the parcel is not collected within the period the courier allows, it is returned to us, and the cost of resending is borne by the buyer.
Complaints and jurisdiction
When something goes wrong
You can make a complaint by e-mail or in the shop, with the receipt or other proof of purchase. We answer complaints within the statutory period of eight days from receipt.
Your rights to conformity, withdrawal from the contract and a refund are exercised in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. We resolve disputes by agreement and, where that is not possible, before the competent court in Belgrade.
