Until then we reserve the right to decline an order, for example if the product is no longer available or the details are incomplete.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lumetra-lead\">All prices are shown in dinars and include tax. The price is the one valid at the time of ordering; any delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lumetra-lead\">Product photographs are illustrative. The delivery time depends on whether the product is in stock and whether the lenses are being made to your prescription.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lumetra-lead\">The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer when the parcel is collected. We recommend that you inspect the parcel in front of the courier and report any visible damage immediately.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lumetra-lead\">If the parcel is not collected within the period the courier allows, it is returned to us, and the cost of resending is borne by the buyer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  lumetra-faq__item\" >\n\t<div id=\"reklamacije-i-nadleznost\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"lumetra-eyebrow\">Complaints and jurisdiction<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"lumetra-heading\">When something <strong>goes wrong<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"lumetra-lead\">You can make a complaint by e-mail or in the shop, with the receipt or other proof of purchase. We answer complaints within the statutory period of eight days from receipt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lumetra-lead\">Your rights to conformity, withdrawal from the contract and a refund are exercised in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lumetra-lead\">These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.
